Absolutely loved the helpful staff at Ayenda! Raul at the front desk was especially amazing. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered great value for the price. The location was also fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel!

The location is excellent: it is close to the metro station Hidalgo (a ten minutes walk), which allows you going to many important directions, e.g. Xochimilco, Autobuses Norte, etc. It is also close to the Down Town, including Zocalo and Alameda Central.

The room, although is large enough, looks poor and unfriendly. The fridge is empty (what is it for then?), the shower is hard-to-switch and the strength of water flow is not regulated. The air conditioner is faced exactly towards the bed, so it is easy to catch cold or flu after spending a night. A TV remote control has to be asked for at the reception. A small safe is not electronic --- instead, it seems, you have to ask for a key at the reception too. All these weak points are not critical, of course, but taken together leave a negative impression.

This venue is a wonderful place situated in a prime location in the business district of the city, very near to the northern bus station and just a stone's throw away from a drama theater.
